The requirement was to deliver a complete document intelligence system capable of searching, classifying, and retrieving information without crossing the boundaries of the secure network.

The Solution

Technocracy deployed a fully on-premise document intelligence stack designed for air-gapped operations. OCR, document classification, and information retrieval were configured to run locally, eliminating dependencies on external APIs and cloud services. Each component was adapted for offline operation, with the deployment architecture reviewed and audited to verify that all processing remained within the designated network boundary.
